ADMISSION POLICY
A. FEE PAYMENT POLICY
- All fees are to be FULLY PAID, on or before the first day of the start of school
- All payments must be made at the bank.
B.REFUND
An entrant or person’s applying on behalf of another can apply for refund. The applicant must;
- Provide a One (1) month notice of withdrawal of ward’s admissions.
- Complete the refund forms
Refund is based on;
- Term’s Tuition ( provided the child has not started school) b. Stationary
- Sports
All other payment made is NON-REFUNDABLE
C. LUNCH
Lunch is an optional item and provided by the school.
D.ENROLLMENT FEES
- Fees communicated are indicative of the term only and may be varied under different circumstances All fees are to be paid in FULL upon admissions and to be made at the bank, cheque or Mobile money.
- Under no circumstances should fees, be given to pupils, teachers or other non – teaching staff for payment.
E.REPORTING AND CLOSING TIME
- The school’s reporting time is from 6:45am to 7: 50am. The school’s gate will be locked from 8am.
- Closing time is as follows;
- Preschool: 2:30pm
- Homework and extra classes club: 3:30pm
- Primary & JHS: 3:30pm
- Extra classes and Homework club: 4: 30pm
- Parents that pick up their ward(s) late would be required to pay a late pick up fee.
F.HEALTH AND FIRST AID
- The school as a matter of policy; do not administer oral medication for children that show signs of sickness.
- Should your ward(s) be found sick, before or during school hours, Parent / Guardian will be contacted to pick them up.
